The 2020 Yamaha MT-10 looks great in the Ice Fluo colorway. Is it just us or does it seem like they bolted a couple wheels to the engine and called it good? We love it. The MT-10 is available now with an MSRP of just $12,999.
Although the 2020 Yamaha MT-10 is not a new model, it plays an important role for Yamaha. This is the flagship of its Hyper Naked MT-series motorcycles and its powered by a R1-inspired crossplane equipped 999cc engine that is tuned for torque. It is a hell of a ride and it looks like it fell to Earth from planet Cybertron.
The MT-10 uses a Deltabox aluminum twin spar frame and braced swingarm that looks like the chassis of the R1. It features lightweight 5-spoke aluminum wheels that improve both steering and suspension feel. It is shod with Bridgestone Hypersport S20 tires, including a 120/70ZR17 on the front and a massive 190/55ZR17 at the rear
The 2020 Yamaha MT-10 is also available in Matte Raven Black. It comes standard with an advanced Traction Control System (TCS) that assists the rider in managing traction on any type of road conditions by instantly modulating throttle opening, ignition timing, fuel volume and other parameters. TCS Level 1 is intended for agressive riding on clean roads. Level 2 is for normal street riding. Level 3 is tuned for wet roads and and cold surfaces. The TCS can also be disabled by the rider if they prefer.
